3D paddle tennis court rendering design
The initial phase of the project is very important. That is why we work with a highly qualified team of architects, we design your paddle tennis court in a 3D render and we evaluate your project in a personalized way.

Purchase of excellent raw materials

Cutting to size
We use automatic laser cutters and CNC band saws to increase precision and productivity.

We use CNC lathe to polish parts such as bearings with precision for installation and periodic use.

Shot peening process
We use a shot blasting machine for surface polishing of semi-finished products. This serves to remove rust and increase the adhesion of plastic powder.
Zinc and plastic powder coating

First, we spray zinc powder to prevent rust, and then spray plastic powder to prevent corrosion and anti-rust.
Secondly, the spray line is heated by natural gas heating furnace and the temperature is automatically controlled.

Quality inspection
We carry out 3 quality tests. The first in a salt spray chamber, then in a high temperature xenon lamp chamber and finally in a low temperature chamber to verify the product's resistance to aging.
